Flexischools – online ordering for Canteen/Hot Lunches, Icypoles and Events
Flexischools is a cashless way to pay for canteen/hot lunch orders and other parent club/social events (ie. tickets to the School Concert). Parents/guardians will need to set up an account online here.
Select Register and follow the instructions. Add your child, our school (St Francis Xavier Primary School, Ballarat East) and class to get started (please ensure you select your child’s correct class). Canteen orders close at 10:00 am on Thursday mornings. Each year parents/guardians will need to select their child’s correct class.
Please note: Flexischools have updated their platform so when you are placing your child’s lunch order, you are now able to select if your child has any allergies and it will print the details on your child’s lunch bag label. When you are selecting if they have any allergies it ensures a smoother process when our co-ordinators and volunteers are packing lunch orders on a Friday.
